A province located in the mid-western portion of Japan, just north of Izumi and northwest of Yamato. Setsu is noted for being host to Osaka, which is among the largest and most culturally important cities in the country, as well as the largest port in and primary access to Osaka bay.
The Hosokawa clan have traditionally ruled Setsu from Osaka Castle, but have recently been deposed by the Ryuuzouji family and forced to retreat to their holdings in Izumi.
